Welcome to BaileysPrinting.com. We provide our Website as a service to our customers. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of BaileysPrinting.com. By accessing or using BaileysPrinting.com you agree to be bound by all of the Terms and Conditions and to any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services of this Website. BaileysPrinting.com reserves the right to make changes to this Site and to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of this Site is and shall be deemed to be your agreement to be bound by any such modifications, alterations or updates.
You also agree that we may provide all legal communications and notices to you electronically by posting them on BaileysPrinting.com or, at our election, by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided to us when you registered at our Website. You may withdraw your consent to receive communications from us electronically by emailing us at email@example.com. However, if you withdraw your consent to receive our communications electronically, you must discontinue your use of your account at BaileysPrinting.com.
Payment is required to begin printing. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards (American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa, and most debit cards). We also accept PayPal for an additional transferring fee.
Unless stated otherwise on the respective services page, our minimum order is 12 pieces.
Typical turnaround time is 7-10 days from the time that art mockups are approved. Rush charges may apply for orders needed sooner than our typical turnaround.
We understand that there are occasions when orders are needed sooner than 10 days and we strive to fulfill those orders. If an order is being shipped, then the rush charges apply to our production time only. The amount of time it takes the carrier to get the order to you is not guaranteed by Bailey’s Printing. Rush orders require payment in full to begin printing. Rush orders needed in 5 days will incur a 25% increase in price on your whole order. We cannot guarantee that we will accommodate all rush orders.
Out of Stocks
It is unfortunate, but sometimes our vendors will run out of particular styles or colors. If this happens we can offer a variety of possible substitute products from other vendors, or you can choose to wait until the items are back in stock. If you choose to wait for the inventory to be replenished then we cannot guarantee the turnaround time or that the items will be back in stock when the vendor says they will. If you choose a substitute garment then we should be able to stick to our typical turnaround time unless those garments are out-of-stock as well.
Art and Preparatory Materials
Print ready artwork will not incur any additional fees. If further art work is necessary, art time will be billed at the current rate. All customer submitted artwork or designs and images must be provided in CMYK format. baileys printing.com is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes. Additional mock ups on our template are available upon request and will be billed at the current rate. Bailey’s Printing will not be held responsible for any misspellings, grammatical errors, or any other design flaw.
Best Print Method
Bailey’s Printing stands behind the quality of our screen printing. We will reproduce your graphic onto the garment or substrate with maximum accuracy, quality, and consistency. The satisfaction of the end user with the final printed product is subjective. We operate under very specific and numerous quality controls, standard operating procedures, and guidelines to ensure a quality finished product.
Garment Selection and Subjectivity
For custom orders we purchase and supply the garments. We expect our customers to do the research on garments before placing an order with us. If garment selection is sensitive, we strongly encourage ordering samples of the garments before placing an order. When the final order is received, we cannot guarantee that the customer will like the garments they chose. We do guarantee print quality at all times. We also will open our showroom to show customers samples of what we have in the showroom to aid the decision, but we cannot guarantee that every garment is in the showroom. Subjectivity, or whether or not the customer likes the garment they chose is the responsibility of the customer and not Bailey’s Printing. The customer is responsible for knowing the terms of the company whose garments they chose to purchase.
Bailey’s Printing is not responsible for mistakes or defects on behalf of the manufacturer or distributor: mislabeled sizes, inconsistent coloring, dye lots, manufacturer garment defects, etc. All garments will be counted in bulk (dozens, or however they are packaged by the manufacturer). Manufacturer and distributor defects or mis-shipments will delay production until all garments are received.
Proofs and Samples
Press production samples cost $100 per print and are subject to standard turn time. Essentially, the quality of our work speaks for itself, and how we will gladly send examples of our print work. Additionally our mockups are very meticulous and we are well educated with how our inks work with most garments. Why waste time and money with a printed sample when we can deliver the quality you want straight out the gate?
Customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process.
On custom apparel orders if proofs are not approved in 24 hours BaileysPrinting.com will print the order as is.
BaileysPrinting.com.com is NOT LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons:
Damage Fonts, Punctuation,
Incorrect or Missing Folds,
Finished Product Size.
Additional Fees for 2nd Proof
The first proof for each order is free (included in the printing price). Replacing any files after the first proof has been sent will result in additional charges for each file replacement as this holds up production times.
$5.00 fee applies to the following products:
Business Cards, Door Hangers, Postcards, Roll Labels, Stickers
$10.00 fee applies to the following products:
Apparel, Envelopes, Flyers, Letterheads, and Notepads
$20.00 fee applies to the following products:
Booklets, Brochures, Calendars, Catalogs, Menus, Posters, and Presentation Folders
Because of the split print process, you may notice some minor color variations between the split locations. Our heat curing system can affect the dischargeability of a fabric, which can affect the appearance of the color of the second print even when we use the exact same ink throughout the process. While we can’t guarantee an exact match for both locations every time, we will absolutely try our best and hold ourselves to the same high quality standards we usually do.
Color and Pantone matching on textiles is not exact or guaranteed although we typically are able to print colors very close, if not perfectly matched. There may be a reasonable variation in color due to a number of factors. You cannot trust the colors in our mockup to be true when viewed on a monitor or printed page. Using a current Pantone book or pulling a HEX code from the Pantone website is the best way to accurately communicate color with us. If you are sensitive about the print color then please verify against a Pantone swatch. We cannot be held responsible for a color verified against the visual mockup only. Visual mockups will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density.
Application of UV Coating may effect or change the appearance of the printed colors. Bailey’s Printing is not liable for the final color appearance of a UV product.
Mistakes and Misprints
In the event that we make a terrible error in printing your shirts, then we will reprint the order for you at no additional cost. This rarely happens and really only applies to serious mistakes like printing the wrong art, printing the wrong location, or ordering the wrong color garments.
In this (and any printing industry), misprints happen. A screen could come out of registration, we may find a defect in the garment, the garment may come from a bad dye lot, etc. There are a million things that could go wrong but we manage to keep misprints and defects well below 1% of all garments printed over the course of a year. This isn’t to say that your order will be guaranteed to have less than 1% misprints, this just happens to be our average. If we misprint a few of your garments then we will NOT charge you for these, and we’ll likely even throw them in with the order at no charge if they are passable.
Since each order is unique to customer and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order.
No Refunds or Credit.
REPRINTS WILL NOT BE GRANTED FOR:
Poor print quality as a result of poor artwork
Spelling errors/typographical errors on customer artwork
Poor quality artwork if customer declines art charges/additional design work on supplied designs
Damage in shipping
Wrong size ordered or garment sizing
Color discrepancies if no exact matches are requested
Cancellation or change of event date shirts are to be used for
Bailey’s Printing focuses on providing our customers with the best possible printing experience and products. If there are any defects and/or issues with your order, you must report the problem within two (2) business days of receiving your order. You can submit your claim by calling our Customer Service Dept at (732) 462-8010 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Customer may be requested to submit digital photos to document the product’s defects. Customers will be required to ship defective product(s) back to Liberty Sportswear at their own expense and within 10 days of receiving their order.
Any charges related to expedited orders, such as rush printing or shipping, are NON REFUNDABLE. Turnaround time and shipping options for reprinted orders varies due to available production capacity.
Order Shipping and Delivery
UPS Ground Shipping comes from Zip Code 07728
Shipping time is not included in turnaround time. Once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, we cannot guarantee timeliness or exact delivery dates.
baileysprinting.com is not liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, or any other circumstances beyond our direct control. Our shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by our suppliers.
Please allow one day for receipt of labeling and billing information before counting turnaround time for shipping from UPS. For example, if you are quoted a shipping time of 3 business days from February 3rd, please allow the first day for us to relay your information and for UPS to pick up, and the following 3 business days/non-holidays for your shipment to arrive.
Shipping Errors & Lost Packages
Lost or damaged claims can only be filed for shipments over $150.00 in value and can only be done after 30 days from package shipment.
BaileysPrinting.com is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments.
Customer Supplied Incorrect Address
If a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, BaileysPrinting.com will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment.
Receiving your Order
We encourage you to check the quantities and quality of the garments you receive from us immediately. Bailey’s Printing cannot be held accountable for defects or problems with your order unless contacted within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.
In the event an order needs to be cancelled, refunds or return of deposits will be based on the status of the order, our Customer Service Team will inform you of any cancellation charges depending on the stage of the order: items ordered, items been printed, etc.
Any labor hours (proof, graphics design, etc.) or administrative fees (credit cards fees, etc.) will be subtracted from your refund.
Minimum is $15 ( 15%-30% of total transaction )
Jobs cannot be stopped and/or cancelled once they are in “Approved” status. There will be no refunds of any kind after a job has been approved.
Bailey’s Printing offers its eligible full-time regular employees 10 paid holidays each calendar year.
These holidays are not working days for us so please consider this in regards to turnaround time and rush charges.

Christmas Day & the day after
Orders placed after December 12 through December 24 are subject to a 15 day turnaround time.
Copyrighted Materials for Limited Use
BaileysPrinting.com contains graphics, photographs, images, document layouts, artwork, text, fonts, software tools, and other information (referred to herein as “Content”). This Site and all Content are the copyrighted property of BaileysPrinting.com and/or its subsidiaries (referred to herein as “BaileysPrinting.com”) or the copyrighted property of parties from whom BaileysPrinting.com has licensed such property. All rights in this Site and its Content are reserved worldwide. It is strictly prohibited to retain the copy, distribute, publish, or use any portion of the Content except as expressly allowed in these Terms and Conditions. BaileysPrinting.com reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any part of the Content at any time without prior notice. The logo design tools provided on this Site employ a limited number of elements, including icons, fonts, color schemes, and design effects. BaileysPrinting.com reserves the right to use all such elements and to make all such elements available for use by other parties in the future. You do not obtain any right or claim to any of the individual logo design elements through your creation of a logo design and/or your incorporation of a logo design into one or more products. Other BaileysPrinting.com customers may use the design tools to create logos that have similar or identical combinations of these elements and BaileysPrinting.com does not guarantee that your logo will not have similarities to logos designed and used by other parties. BaileysPrinting.com provides no warranty of any kind that logo designs created using the design tools will not infringe, or be subject to a claim of infringing, the trademark or other rights of another party. It is solely your responsibility to obtain the advice of an attorney regarding whether the logo design is legally available for your use and does not infringe the rights of another party.

You are granted permission to access and use this Site and its Content for the sole purpose of preparing, evaluating, and ordering products or services solely through BaileysPrinting.com (referred to herein as “Products”). No other download, retention, use, publication, or distribution of any portion of the Content is authorized or permitted. You agree to use this Site in a responsible manner that is in full compliance with these Terms and Conditions and with your local laws and regulations, including import and export regulations. Without limitation, no portion of Content may be utilized as a trademark or service mark, for any pornographic use, for any unlawful purpose or use, to defame any person, to violate any person’s right of privacy or publicity, to infringe upon any copyright, trade name, trademark, service mark or other intellectual property right of any person or entity. You agree that you will not use the Site to produce Products that are offensive, unlawful, harassing, libelous, threatening, harmful, obscene, malicious or otherwise objectionable. BaileysPrinting.com may terminate its service to customers found to be using BaileysPrinting.com to engage in undesirable activities. You are solely responsible for your use of Content in combination with any other images, graphics, text or other materials you incorporate into your Products. You agree that you will not include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your Products unless you have obtained the appropriate authorizations from the owners. You warrant that your Products do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, and will not libel or defame any third party, and you have all required rights or permissions necessary to incorporate third party material into your Products. By placing an order thru BaileysPrinting.com, you warrant that you have all necessary permission, right and authority to place the order and you authorize BaileysPrinting.com to produce the Products on your behalf.
BaileysPrinting.com is based in Freehold, New Jersey. All transactions take place on BaileysPrinting.com servers located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Any legal action or proceeding relating to or arising from your access to or use of this Site shall be instituted in Charlotte, North Carolina. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Charlotte, North Carolina courts and agree that venue in these courts is proper in any such legal action or proceeding.
